Fair Collections and Outsourcing INC. has committed several violations of FCRA. They are trying to collect the wrong amount. They have sent a misleading illegible fraudulent receipt in response to my validation request sent certified mail. Their billing statement does not include the required criteria by FCRA.


They continue to duplicate report. They have been verbally abusive. They have stated in letters that they have conducted investigation without my request and have not provided said investigation information. Continues to threaten via letters to report to credit bureau. Did not send valid bill 5 days after i contacted them -/-/2016 as required by FCRA. Has purchased a fraudulent account in my opinion not only for the wrong amount but original creditor - - never validated debt or answered to illegal eviction charges complaints, instead just sold account. FCO refuses to produce legible and itemized statements validating debt. Billing statement contain many misleading entries, non abiding by FCRA requirements Bullying by FCO agents via phone calls and when i have called them to resolve account I 'm positive there are other violations I'am unaware of as well in there collection practices FCO has people listed on account that have nothing to do with our debt FCO lists wrong and incorrect account info and refuses to correct
