On or about -/-/2013 my wife and I entered into a contract with - home security services, this was a 3 year contract, approximately one year into my contract with -, a - home security services representative showed up at our door selling their version of home security, I immediately informed the rep we were in a binding contract with - for 3 years, the - rep stated that was not a problem and the - rep stated his company - will do what is called a take over, well we know that was a lie, 8 to 9 months later I get a call and a letter requesting why we backed out on our contract with -, no problem - took us back and waived all late fees and all missed payments, I sent - several cease and desist letters, each time - ignored my request to be left alone and to stop harassing my wife and I. now - has turned this issue over to a company called Focus Receivables Management , LLC. - Ga. -, Phone - my wife and I were duped into thinking this company - was a company good upstanding company, we would very much like to stop - from harassing my wife and I and to stop - and Focus Receivables from passing this illegal account on to other collection agencies.
