Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score North Carolina

Equifax Credit Reporting Agency denies releasing my credit report to banks when I apply for credit or sends a response back to them stating that my information does not match the records leading to denial of credit multiple times. I have contacted Equifax through physical mail multiple times to understand the issue but I get no response. I have checked my free credit report and there are no errors or issues reflected in that personally retrieved report. The only issue is that since I moved to the US after -/-/2011, the legally issued SSN to me is from a randomized pool chosesn by Social Security Administration and Equifax fails to recognize it as a legally issued SSN. Despite having a perfect credit history with never having missed a payment, I get denied for credit with the reason being that either Equifax did not release my credit file to the lender or issued a statement that my responses to a security quiz are false ( which they are not ). I seek CFPB help to ask Equifax to fix the credit reporting system it has and not raise false security alerts leading to multiple denials of credit to me as a consumer.
