I want the credit bureau to verify proof documentation to me ( consumer ) via mail of all delinquent items according to FCRA page - statue 609-disclosures to consumers [ 15 U.S.C. statue 1681g ] information on file ; sources ; report recipients. Every consumer reporting agency shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ statue 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer. If the - credit bureau 's can not provide proof documents of said law FCRA requirements, I am demanding that any delinquent items be deleted from credit file.
