I was - and my credit cards were stolen. I am currently fighting via litigation the vendor and bank involved in the situation. Due to my attorney advising me to stop paying the fraudulent charges to keep my cards current, my credit score has suffered. My bank credit card even presented with this information reduced my credit limit $22000.00 making the card usable for my monthly needs. I escalated and underwriting refuses to do anything given my situation with evidence. I do not think this is fair given the situation and should be reviewed in a manner taking into account all other facts ( no other card issues ever, this bank never had a late payment, customer of 10yrs+ ).
