Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Care Credit miss reported me as deceased. I have called them several times to get this corrected. Because of the miss reporting, my credit scores across all bureaus went to - while trying to refinance my current home loan, I was denied because of this. After several attempts to get it straight they seem to have charged off the debt I was trying to pay on time. Because of their error, I was not allowed to ever make a payment on my account as it was closed due to me being deceased. Now due to the charge off the only credit bureau reporting a score has dropped my score massively due to their error. I need help in recovering my credit scores. I also need them to remove the charge off from my credit. And they should be responsible for the remaining portion of the balance as I have lost out on several thousand dollars due to their error.
