I submitted a dispute to ChexSystems a little over a month ago. I called this evening and they have no record of it. Needless to say, I am not to pleased right now. Attached is the information that they sent me and I disputed everything. Also attached is the letter that I sent out to them today with notice that I will be filing suit if the information was not removed from my report immediately.
