Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia
I brought a car from - cars. It turn out to be a lemon. - went out twice. The first time they came they fixed it. Not even a week later something went wrong with it again and they refused to pay. I told them to come get the car on -/-/2014. Instead of them putting as a repo on my credit they have it still as a open loan/late payments. They know what they doing. The are rude and they keep pointing me to talk with the credit bureau. " We have nothing to do with how it 's reporting '' they say. I been going through hoops to get this as a voluntary surrender. They did n't even send me a letter saying they sold the car again. On my credit report they are reporting a amount that is not the owe limit. they are a fraud and i 'm tired of this. - - auto acceptance/ - Cars
