While my bankruptcy is not discharged yet, my attorney has provided ProCollect with letters stating that the information they are showing on my credit report is incorrect and needs to be removed yet it is still showing. I recently contacted them personally and was told by - that while they show it is in bankruptcy status on their side, it is still showing on my credit because I keep disputing it. I find this odd since I have disputed other items to credit reporting agencies and they were removed. I also never received any sort of letter from them with my rights.
