Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

I have written Equifax several times asking for written verification or the name and or source of the information that they are reporting on - accounts that I had with -. Each letter has been requested with a written receipt. They are reporting - account - with - different charges as charge-off.. The other account they were reporting that I owed money when I had in fact paid the account off. As of -/-/2016 they are reporting this last account correct. However ; they have failed to have accurately supply me with written documentation verifying the information that they have reported since my 1st original letter on -/-/2016 and my follow-up letter dated -/-/2016. Because their inability to provide me with some form of written documentation with my signature ; I am requesting that all information being reported on behalf of - with the exception of the account that was paid in full be deleted immediately. I 've reached out to - with - letters ; ( return receipts ) as well and they have not replied to any of the letters requesting written verification. If the creditor can not provide me with the documentation then how could Equifax have verified information? This is my final goodwill attempt before exercising my legal rights.
