Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I received multiple 0 % interest rate balance transfer offers from Barclay Bank. I did take advantage of one of these offers from Barclay. I transfer a balance from - to a new Barclay Credit Card. I was charged a transfer fee of $54.00 which I agreed to, in exchange for 0 %. After reviewing my statement which I should of done earlier, I see I have been assessed interest charges. They are as follows : -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-BALANCE T - -/-/16 INTEREST CHARGE-BALANCE T - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-BALANCE T - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-PURCHASES - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-BALANCE T - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-PURCHASES - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-BALANCE T - -/-/2016 INTEREST CHARGE-PURCHASES - I have called Barclay and asked that they reverse those charges and honor the 0 % offer. The last person I spoke with was '' - ''. I have a claim # -. Phone # for future communication -. I also explained to -, that I called the phone # on the Barclay 0 % offer letter and spoke with a person who was hard to understand and did not speak good English. But, they assured me the promo would take effect immediately. In closing, I asked that all interest charges be reversed and the promo instated.
