I had submitted a complaint ( Case number : - - about the Debt Recovery Solutions debt I did not owe. They responded and sent a letter through CFPB that they will delete it and send it back to the original collector - - -. My reports updated on -/-/-, and I found out that they deleted the file from - and readded it to my - report under the same name Debt Recovery Solutions and - - -. They are the same company and they 're just jumping from report to report with this.
