Items are being removed from my credit report but it is not impacting my score in a positive way. I just had a big thing as a collection item from - removed and transunion decreased my score by -????? - increased the number as it should be. There is disparity with their numbers and - by - points and they have the same number of accounts. I try to dispute and their customer service is rude and never listens. When I report to you, i did once before i feel like they take adverse action on my account.This has been going on since I reported them to you. All they have done is decrease my numbers no matter what is removed. I need them to just do the right thing and not be mad. its not personal to them it is to me.
