We were pre-approved for a service many years ago, and just recently ( 2 years ago ) when we went to do a refinance we were notified that we had a debt from the banker not the collection agency. Then I followed the steps to prove I do n't owe, and I got a voicemail saying the claim has been paid, and I do not owe anything. Recently I was called again saying only part of it was paid and I still owe money. I asked for verification of debt and have not received anything. I last requested and explanation of benefits vial emai as I was told to do on -/-/2016 and then spoke with - from Maury Cobb again on -/-/2016. I do n't have any bills to reference because no one will send me any information just a few reference numbers.
