Per Original CFPB Case # -, Equifax has yet to comply w/ my -/-/- request to move the 'Consumer Statement ' ( which will expire on - ) from the top of Accounts section to the - - - ( - ) account which it references. The -/-/- request also asked that the -/-/- letter supporting same be added to the - account entry. As was the case when originally submitted, Equifax has refused to process the online dispute request as submitted. With respect to the forgoing, I have subsequently asked Equifax to provide the following : a ) Credit File documentation confirming the above request has been satisfied And/Or b ) Credit File documentation confirming that the - is no longer being reported ( as is the case w/ other credit reporting agencies ) Although the request was reiterated in my -/-/- letter to Equifax Personal Solutions President, - - ( attached ), the company is yet to respond.
