I have been in contact with the original creditor on this account that is over 7 years old. At the time of service I had insurance and the company shows that my insurance paid the bill an that I no longer owe them anything. While waiting on my insurance to pay the counseling office Senex bought this account and has reported it to my credit. I have tried to contact them through certified mail for them to remove this off my account, they will not respond to my mailing. I have called them and they refuse to communicate with me just demand that I pay them even though the account is not owed any money. They have now been violation of my rights for over 30 days, and refuse to delete the account. Todays recorded conversation shows a new violation the lady was able to tell me what procedure I had done with who I meet that day and medical conditions therefore violating my HIPAA rights. I have this recorded on my phone as I have been keeping all documents and recordings with this company. I have all my credit reports for the past year every 3 weeks I collect them and they fail to update my report or remove themselves from my reports.
