Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Puerto Rico

Approximately - I have been a victim of fraud and ID theft. Someone open various accounts, request credit and made credit inquiries on my name, illegally, fraudulently and without my authorization and knowledge. On - I put a credit alert and I report it to - - Police with the incident number -. Then I made and Identity theft victim 's complaint FTC # - and affidavit and I made a report and informed it with the - credit bureaus ( including Equifax ). Equifax did not correct the following information : inquiries made fraudulently : - made in -, - -. - - -, - ( the - - ) - - - - I call Equifax to correct and delete from my credit the above inquiries and they told me that I must call and notify those companies that the mentioned inquiries were fraud. I called each company and answered all mail for them. I have evidence, for example : a letter from - - saying that they close the account because they determined was a fraud and I have to allow 45 days to the consumer reporting agencies to update their record. Equifax did not update my credit record and constantly put the - fraudulent inquiries in my file. I call them and by internet notified them that those inquiries were fraud. I have all disputes confirmations # as and effort to correct my credit information : Confirmation # and dates - made in - bay phone ; - made in - ; - made in - ; - made in - and all with the following note : '' The results are : Inquiries are a factual record of file access. If you believe this was unauthorized, please contact the creditor '' I did call each creditor and also send the Police report to Equifax and Equifax did not update my credit information by deleting fraudulent inquiries.
