Synchrony Bank previously GE Retail Bank now is the financing company for Lowe 's, and HH Gregg. I made an unemployment claim back in 2013 to now have Synchrony Bank state that I did not have card coverage. I had both card for more than 20 years. I can not say how terrible this made me feel and how hard this is for this retail giant. I have these account that I paid on time over the years. I now need your assistance I know I was sold the card service to only have these companies report a Collection Balance when this is a Unemployment claim from - that should have paid both these accounts off. Now that they are Synchrony Bank I am told I did not have coverage this can not be true as long as I had these cards. I need your help to investigate and resolve this for me.
