Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On -/-/2016 I purchased a cell phone for - -. At the time I had reservations about service coverage but I was told by the cashier I had 30 days to return the cell phone. I received poor reception in my area so I went to the - - - Walmart to return the phone. Despite having the receipt I was told I could not return the phone because the return policy is 15 days. This is not fair, the phone is in perfect condition, I do not want nor need it, and I was given incorrect infomation from the store employee at purchase.
