Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I was given a credit card to finance my carpet purchase from - -, the card was from Wells Fargo. I was told it was zero interest. I reached out to Wells Fargo when a year later I got a credit charge for interest on the account for $2700.00. I filed a complaint that they ignored and said too bad for you. I was never provided documentation stating the credit charge would occur. Additionally, Wells is now charging me interest at a rate of 28.24 % on the interest charge. I have paid the the bulk of the original principal purchase off and now Wells is telling me I owe them another $3000.00 and growing. I would like to pay off my principal balance and have them reverse the interest charges as I was not informed of the terms, they have not produced evidence and they are charging me an excessive rate of interest on top off an interest charge. I do not trust their sales practices based on recent events I feel they are trying to rail road me and deny me my rights as consumer.
