HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF TRANSUNION INTERACTIVE INC. FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE USED THE SERVICE TO MAKE FINANCIAL DECISIONS. INFORMATION GIVEN THROUGH THIS COMPANY IS INACCURATE AND COULD NOT GAIN RESOLUTION OVER THE PHONE. ASSOCIATES REFUSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING INFORMATION DISCREPANCIES. I HAVE MADE FINANCIAL DECISIONS BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY TRANSUNION INTERACTIVE INC WHICH HAVE FURTHERED HARMED MY CREDIT AS WELL AS CHARGED ME $17.00 MONTHLY AS WELL AS ON SEVERAL OTHER OCCASIONS FOR MISINFORMATION. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE MY INFORMATION REFLECT ACCURATELY BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. I THEN REQUESTED A FULL REFUND BUT I WAS TRANSFERRED SEVERAL TIMES WITH OUT BEING GIVEN PROPER GUIDANCE OR SERVICE. THIS MATTER REMAINS UNSOLVED AS I CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT WILL HELP. I AM SEEKING A FULL REFUND OF ALL MONEYS PAYED I INTO TRANSUNION INTERACTIVE INC IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $310.00.
