My issue is that I as far as I know, I have an account with Walmart/Sychrony. I was approved for the card. I called to get some information on the card and suddenly they could n't find my account and now that results as a hard inquiry. My issue is that either the account is open or they remove the inquiry off of my report. I tried calling their underwriting department several times including speaking with a manager and nothing has been done. Plus they have outsourced their calls, so I can not speak with anyone truly.
