Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info North Carolina
On -/-/-, I discovered that this information from - - Inc had been reinserted into my credit file after previously being deleted. I was not contacted by the Credit Reporting Agency, Equifax nor had I received any correspondence within the 5 days as stated in the FCRA. I have since sent in proof of deletions and reinsertion to Equifax prior about this account and it was deleted yet again on -/-/- then reinserted today. Attached are screenshots of my credit report on 3 separate days showing that Equifax is guilty of reinserting this information
