Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I opened a charge account at Dillards and the account is managed by Wells Fargo Bank , N.A . I paid the very first statement in full by mail. Wells Fargo Bank failed to credit the account for the first payment. The second account statement arrived in today 's mail They are charging me a late fee of $27.00. I phoned them today and wrote them directing them to close the account. I ca n't believe how dishonest Wells Fargo is. I would like to know how many people they did this to. I can not possibly be the first. They have undoubtedly done this to thousands of other people.
