Payday loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Illinois

I was given a loan of $650.00 and was told the finance charge was $220.00, i was not told that this was a charge i would be receiving every 2 weeks for over a year. I was not told that my finance rate was 800 % and when i was not given any time to look over my documents before making a decision.
