Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Texas

Due to the fact that my situation is not properly available on this site as a choice to select above I have been violated by - - - - - Also, by Equifax Credit Reporting Agency and - - - - - does n't have the rights to collect debt in the State of Texas ? They are not abiding by the Law accordingly to the State of Texas and they was suppose to remove themselves from my credit report by sending a letter stating to the Credit Reporting Agencies that they need to be removed. Now that I have made Equifax aware of this they have not done an accurate investigation on - - - - -. So, I checked the Secretary of State Texas Debt Collections Division website and found out that - - - - - is breaking : " Texas Finance Code section 392.101 which prohibits a third-part or credit bureau from engaging in debt collection in Texas unless the third party debt collector has obtain a surety bond and file a copy of the bond with the Office of the Secretary of State. Also, you can not operate in the state of Texas with a P.O. Box '' I am in need of another Investigation to remove them from my credit report please.
