Called again today, -/-/2016, and spoke to Wells Fargo - to clarify why the increase. Told by that office and - of the - that late charges of $79.00 added. I asked why when her office had set up - of each month to make payments rather than -. I have not gotten the results promised by Wells Fargo - as also told CFPB.
