On Saturday, -/-/2016 I tried paying auto note via phone but given automation. Disconnected me. I tried a second time. Told note $430.00 rather than $350.00! Called again today, -/-/2016, and spoke to Wells Fargo - to clarify why the increase. Told by that office and - of the - that late charges of $79.00 added. I asked why when her office had set up - of each month to make payments rather than -. I have not gotten the results promised by Wells Fargo - as also told CFPB. No record of " - '' changing payment due date to - said - in - of the -.
