Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Georgia

I have disputed with Equifax a public record ( state tax lien ) on my credit report. I ordered a copy of my credit report and I saw an entry from - court hourse. I contacted the - clerk of courts and there is no state tax lien. The court does not report any information to the credit bureaus or anyone else and is unaware of what information the credit bureaus or anyone else may have obtained from public records which can be inaccurate. Equifax deleted my State Tax Lien and than within 2 days later added it back which is not allowed, and illegal without the credit burea sendiing me something in writing within 5 days. EQUIFA- already has a Federal Class action settlement ( Civil No - MHL - - for this exact same issue.
