Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Texas

I filed an online dispute for inquiries on my credit report. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone 's credit report is a ) firm offer of credit b ) insurance c ) employment or d ) a court order. None of these fits this requirement. Opened dispute on -/-/- and received a response on -/-/- that each and everyone was a factual record of file access. That is the problem file access by companies that do not meet the guidelines and no information from Equifax showing how they validated each and every one of them. I would like to have these removed and Equifax needs to know that spending 2-3 days on a response would not allow for anyone to do any kind of research or proper validation against the rules and regulations stated in the FCRA. I look forward to your assistance in this matter!
