I had - autos on - - policy purchased through a broker. In - - I cancelled - of the autos ( - - ) and notified the broker in writing. The broker confirmed via email he would cancel. I noticed in late - that the policy still reflected - autos and I had paid over a year for insurance on a car that was insured with other companies during that time. After providing proof of insurance to - and my broker, - did not credit the policy premiums all the way back to - -. So I deducted - roughly ( the balance of the credit they owed me ) from my last payment and cancelled the policy. nationwide placed the balance for collection with Credit Collection Services. They refuse to honor my dispute, they dont review my written dispute material, and they 've listed the collection item on my credit bureau. I 've send them my detail and correspondence - different times. Once by writing, - time via email and lastly by up loading by evidence on their web site.
