Equifax refused to delete this inaccurate and unverifiable Public record from my credit report. In the results of Equifax " re-investigation '' in my recent dispute. They stated that they ''verified '' this public record. They stated that this Tax Lien was released on the date you are reporting and that they verified the information. Which is another lie! What was your " Method of verification ''? The court said you never contacted them. Also, using a - party vendor does not work for this purpose.
