Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I am once again having a issue with the way that this finance company handles accounts. I have a vehicle loan with this company and it seems that they are more interested in taking car back than assisting customers. I have had this loan and worked very hard to get my account caught up. Once it was caught up I was injured at work and needed to miss payment while waiting for short term payments to start. I called to see if my payment can be deferred to the end of my contract or held for a month until payments started and no one at company was willing to help. The only reply I get from them is that my car will be shut off and picked up.
