Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

Attached you will find documents regarding an account on my Equifax credit report that needs to be deleted. - and - already deleted it. But as of - - Equifax just reported it. The - account that was opened in my name is not mine. The documents will explain in detail what happened. The other credit agencies have already fixed this problem. I am expecting the same from Equifax. Thank you.
