- - - ( - ) in - was my triple play service provider ( Cable, Internet and VoiP Phone ). I terminated service. A - technician came to initiate service for the new customer taking over service. The - technician took equipment back ( DVD-R, peripherals ) and said he would report that he had taken this equipment back. Now, I got a bill from $180.00 from - which when I called was told was for this very equipment which - alleges was never returned. I said this was an error. - put me in collection with Credit Management LP to collect this $180.00 which I do not owe. I called Credit Management LP to explain I am disputing the debt. Credit Management LP has told me that I need to provide all sorts of personal data ( new address, SSN, etc. ) in order to properly file with them my debt dispute notice. - and its agents are in the wrong, abusive and overbearing. I request : cease and desist, annulment of debt and a redress of any notice of delinquency on my credit reporting. Please help me. Thanks
