Equifax and - continue to report the - - Credit Card as a negative item. They have been repeatedly explained that the credit card was closed, by me, with - balance, in -/-/--/-/2011, because it had bee and remains the worst credit card I have ever had. They charged foreign transaction charges on the purchases made in -, where the currency is $ $ USA. plus some other charges, which made the - - card totally unusable for travel. In addition to this, they had made every dispute procedure into a -, always doing what a merchant wanted them to do and never following the established dispute procedures, I closed the account immediately after receiving my first statement with the - purchases. The closed account had a - balance. Around two months past my closing the account, - re-opened it, billing me for the dispute, previously decided in my favor, charged back by -. At that point, - refused point blank to follow the dispute

the dispute from my savings account. My complaint to the Oregon Attorney general was effective in - refunding me the money they had stolen from me. However, having returned the stolen money, - began reporting my credit card account as late for the -/-/- and -/-/2011 and as closed by them, BOTH OF WHICH ARE LIES. I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AT - BALANCE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE AND I REFUSED TO PAY THE MONEY I DID NOT OWE -, BECAUSE I HAD NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FOR THAT $210.00, For the past 5.5 YEARS I HAVE CONTACTED EQUIFA- AND - NO LESS THAN - TIMES, PRESENTING ALL INFORMATION THAT PROVES THAT I AM CORRECT. I WASTED ENDLESS HOURS OF TIME, BUT THOSE - CREDIT AGENCIES WOULD HAVE MY CREDIT REPORT CLEARED FOR ONE MONTH AND THEN RESUME THEIR FALSE REPORTING, always stating that what - says is correct. I have filed complaints about - false reporting and crooked practices on other matters. The reply of - regarding reporting and other crooked practises has been repeatedly same - 1. threats to close my account and 2. insistence that they have the right to ruin my credit report by their false reporting of my allegedly late payments that I have never owned them. SO, WHAT THE CREDIT REPORT IS FOR? TO RUIN OUR CREDITS BECAUSE FRAUDULENT CREDITORS VICTIMIZE US FOR DISAGREEING WITH THEM? Yesterday, having seen my last credit reports, I filed, yet, again disputes regarding that allegedly negative item in my report with both Equifax and -. This will be MIN 20th time of my disputing this negative item and demanding that it is straighten out AS .1 account was closed by me and 2. Have never been late with payments to the - Credit card. After many letters to the Equifax and -, the former, at long last, published my consumer statement, cut where they pleased. - refused to do even that. Moreover, they give only their own statement one liners as a statement option, which has nothing to do with my case. THE STATEMENT MUST HAVE SAID : THE - CREDIT CARD WAS CLOSED BY ME AT - BALANCE, BECAUSE OF THE UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER MY CLOSING OF THE CARD, - POSTED A FRAUDULENT - CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT AFTER MY COMPLAINT TO THE OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE CHARGE WAS REMOVED, BUT - AND EQUIFA- AND - INSIST ON REPORTING THIS ITEM, FOR SI- YEARS, AS NEGATIVE, THEY LIST THE ACCOUNT AS NEGATIVE, BUT THEN DESCRIBE IT - PAYS AS AGREED
