I am late with my car payment. I called Credit Acceptance Friday - -, - and made a payment arrangement for Friday - -, -. I explained to the repersentative that I had just started woring full time and would get my first check on Friday and I could make the payment. Today I went to drop my daughter off and my car would not start. I called Credit Acceptance and asked if they disable the car and was told they did not. I called 3 times and each time the rep acknowledge that I had a payment arrangement for Friday and asked me if I wanted to make a payment then. I explained why was calling and each time I was told they did not disable the car. The last person I talked to I told her that I had someone to look at it and was assurred it was the realy switch. I was put on hold for about 5 mintues. When the rep returned she said she was trouble shooting but could n't get a response. I was told to have the car towed to the dealer and have them to look at it to see if it was defective. If it was n't I would have to pay for whatever was wrong with the car.
