Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Texas

I lived in an apartment, called " The - '' in -, VA. I fell behind in payments. I began to catch up with them on terms with - specific person - - - -. That person left the company. I made other arrangements but that person also left the company. An agent from Carter-Young contacted me and I began to dispute the amount that was said I owed while agreeing to start paying off in the process. The agent - - - ) I worked with did not put my information into dispute and also wanted me to pay a higher amount every month as she was not satisfied with me paying the minimum. She then threatened to put it on my credit report as someone who was not paying anything, then hung up on me. I called back attempting to converse about what was going on and to speak to a manager, she said everything was fine and would not transfer me.


Speaking to the manager, the manager said the best thing to do is send in all of my proof that the balance was off, then she forwarded it to corporate of " The - ''. The - ' - - also asked me to send the information, but then disregarded it and said that all of the paper work did not match what they have and that it was therefore dismissed. I have papers from the court saying that I paid and even the proof that I had been trying to pay until each mishap and they continue to leave the same balance on my credit report and are blocking me from doing anything, as they keep placing derogatory marks on my credit report.
