Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Illinois

I am concerned that my personal information has been compromised. I am a - employee which were compromised in the giant Fed hack recently. I have had fraudulent charges appear on at least - of my credit cards recently, both individual accounts and authorized accounts. Additionally, at least Equifax includes both an incorrect address and an incorrect " alternate '' social security number for me. Those appear to be typos as they are only off by only - or - digits, but I 'm still concerned due to exposure in at least the hack on the - database. Also, I 've been the target of phishing attempts that show evidence that thiefs have at least some of my personal info at their disposal. I would like to get an alert or something in that vein to alert potential creditors of potential identity theft or fraud. Thank you for your help.
