Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Tennessee

After my discharged bankruptcy a open collection from - - was showing on my credit report that was included in my bankruptcy. I notified both - and Equifax and filed disputes. - quickly removed this from my report. Equifax after the dispute it was still showing as an open account. I filed a second dispute at that point it was removed. I checked my credit report just recently and it is back on my credit as an open collection. I contacted - - they told me they have not added it back to my credit. I am so frustrated, I 've worked very hard to regain my credit. It 's either Equifax or - -, I no longer owe this and want it removed from my credit report for good! I had no problem with - they took care of this right away. I would love to sue whoever is responsible for all the aggravation and they have made my credit drop - from - to -. Please help me get this taken care of once and for all! Thank you!
