Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Illinois

There are Hard Inquiries on my report that were not authorized. I am in the process of repairing my credit and noticed these inquiries. When I called, I was told that I had to call those companies directly, who in turn tried to point me back to the bureaus which is becoming very frustrating.
