When purchasing these credit reports, they never once made it clear that I was enrolling in a 7 day free subscription in which I would be charged $19.00 plus tax at the end of. I would have never agreed to these terms had I known. These terms could possibly be in the pages upon pages of terms and conditions but it is definitely not evident or displayed where they want you to see it and is very fraudulent for a reputable company like Transunion to participate in. Many others have complained of this on the internet. I think action should be taken and they should be held responsible for offering refunds to those scammed into this 7 day " free '' trial!
