I got several calls from Wells Fargo regarding a late payment - my payment was not late they received and they took the payment and applied it to my principal - I have the cancelled check - they then proceeded to say I was 31 days late and did I not know how to manage money - the women named - was rude and abrasive - the issue was resolved but I was called the next day and treated the same way- IT WAS THERE ERROR and they were still calling me - I would never want anyone to be treated this way.
