In 2008 I got behind on mortgage. After a long time Wells Fargo foreclosed on the house. After some more time I got a - with a crazy low Fair Market Value of Property of $77000.00 & Balance of Principle Outstanding of $190000.00. Wells Fargo is coming after me for the difference.
