Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score California

I have a security freeze place on my credit file. I have asked for my freeze to be lifted and every time I call to speak to agent Im being transferred to the Office of Consumer Affairs. I ask the office of consumer affairs to lift my credit freeze and I 'm rudely talked to and hung up on each and every time I call in. They continue to discriminate me and mistreat me. I have now been hung up on 3 times on -/-/2016 by a rep in the office of consumer affairs named - -. She is extremely rude and talks to me in a disrespectful unprofessional manner.
