PayPal updated their system unfairly and deceptively, without warning or advanced notice, that resulted in their system attempting to transfer funds from my checking account to pay for a PayPal purchase which was intended to be ran through my PayPal Line of Credit. PayPal, over the course of 3 weeks, has attempted to withdraw funds ( - ) separate occasions. I only authorized one transaction which I expected to be my line of credit since I *RARELY* use PayPal for cash purposes. I can not recall the last time I used it for cash purchases. As a result, I have been charged $89.00 in returned check fees from my bank due to multiple unauthorized transactions to my - acct. My intent was NOT to use PayPal for transferring cash money, but rather utilize the PayPal Line of Credit.
