Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Texas

My spouse and I are a victim of UNFAIR credit reporting practices. Credit report agency was NOT able to throughly review the documented proof, did not review, did not properly investigate and did not provide valid poof on my request. All my documents attached show very clear proof that this was UNFAIR practice on my family but they have not provided even a single document supporting & justifying the collection account.
