Wells Fargo & Company Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Using a debit or ATM card Florida

I previously filed a CFPB complaint ( - ) concerning a charge by a vendor, - -, and a debit transaction made against my checking account with Wells Fargo. To my knowledge, Wells Fargo is overdue on a response and never responded to the underlying complaint. Today, I received an email from Wells Fargo stating the amount in dispute in the underlying complaint with CFPB was being withdrawn from my account, and that the bank " lost '' the dispute. Today, Wells Fargo withdrew approximately $580.00 from my account, without having provided me proper, prior notice ( other than today 's email ) ; and without Wells Fargo having even bothered to formally respond to my prior complaint by addressing CFPB. Wells has also, again ( twice now ), by today 's actions, failed to properly and adequately advise me of the reasons for their decision in writing. They have also apparently violated CFPB 's complaint procedures relative to the underlying complaint. This second complaint concerns Wells Fargo 's failure to address the first complaint. They apparently have now not only failed to address my concerns, but have failed to adhere to, and comply with, CFPB 's procedures and mandates regarding my underlying complaint.
