Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Through Wells Fargo 's online portal, I paid the full outstanding balance owing on my Wells Fargo VISA on -/-/-. This payment was made 4 days prior to the due date of -/-/- for a minimum payment. Wells Fargo sent me an email stating that my payment was successfully made on -/-/-. Wells Fargo then reported me to credit agencies as being 30 days late on the payment and revoked my credit card even though I have made every credit card payment on time since opening the credit card in -/-/-. Wells Fargo now refuses to correct their error.
