I have written Trans Union and asked them to remove the incorrect addresses from my reports Date:-/-/2016 REF : - To Whom It May Concern : I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed the following information are in error : These are the only - addresses that I have lived at - - - -, - - - , - - And - - -, - - And - - - - , - - Please remove all the other addresses off my report. They are not correct. I have never lived at the - - - in - -, - - -. Driver License and Proof of Residence
