Credit line increase/decrease Maryland
On or about -/-/2016 noticed a charge of $620.00 on my Wells Fargo Visa credit card for - -. On -/-/2016, having not made such a charge I contacted Wells Fargo and initiated a dispute. Eventually I was told the charge was proper based upon the merchant showing proof of the charge and that the merchandise was received by me and because the card was n't reported stolen, as such the dispute was closed saying I owed. Then I filed a dispute in writing by fax and was told the charge was improper and they was crediting the $620.00. Then around - - or - I observed my available credit had gone from more than $2000.00 to $100.00. Low and behold, they lowered my credit line, did n't say a word to me about it. I sent another dispute on that issue -/-/2016. Awaiting a response but believe they have little to no business ethics.
